The plan, as far as I'm crafting up is as follows:
A first draft as a type of notebook. Consider reviving "The Grounds" and just make it cohesive.
Second, applications of the grounds in a political context. -> How do the fundamentals of human nature and virtue fit into contemporary political archetypes; what falls into and what falls out. Do this for each, assess for pros and cons. Develop an approach for sorting political systems obtusely with archetypes, then more acutely with case-by-case anthropology (or find access to good sources for historical study). See if you can qualify something agreeable for "Good Practice"
3rd. See if you can infer "good practice" from human nature tenants.
The Grounds 2- like a revision aimed at politics.
Last: Novel form, demons, ships, adventure; Monist feel, bringing closer that we all battle different demons. Reaction? Fear or closeness. Aim for closeness. Tensions of trust and cooperation. And of course, acceptance and peace being THOV (So far!); quintessential component of love.
So far I like Felix, though he is too bitter and forced. I don't know why I started him off mid-way. im medias res as fuck. I like the new beginning better, but I gotta get it out so I can hate it and actually do a good one.
